Remodeling Pricing Packages
KC Kitchen Remodeling offers 3 pricing packages that are used to help estimate the cost of your renovation and transparently show what your money can buy.
Basic Tier- This tier usually costs $25k-$45k, and includes using your existing kitchen layout, standard materials for countertops and black splashes, and your existing appliances.
Mid Tier- This tier usually costs $45K – $65K, and includes an updated cabinet layout, partial custom cabinetry, updated flooring, updated appliance layout, lighting under cabinets, mid level materials for countertops and black splashes, and your existing appliances.
Top Tier- This tier usually costs $65K – $95K, and includes completely custom layout, top-end completely custom cabinetry, updated flooring, luxury appliances, lighting under cabinets, and high end materials for countertops and black splashes.
